Thank you 😊 The space living room, dining room, kitchen, refrigerator, stove and watching the feeding birds 🦢 outside patio 🌺 if they have they own BBQ with them they can cook outside .. no cooking in the room please my one year old carpets. Trying to save long life for the future😁🌺( small refrigerator is for the guest ) Guest access They can use anything in the house fell like they own home in kitchen . but must treat property nice. (Only laundry 🧺 I charge $ 15 ) During your stay Me I am living in the house on the second bedroom and have the main bathroom house have 2 bedrooms and 2 bathroom master bedroom are guests private bathroom itself. I redecorating the whole master bedroom and bathroom on 7-17-2025 and have laptop table in master bedroom have walking closet plenty of room and have air conditioning too and Netflix TV . Other things to note I do live in the house in my own bedroom this house have 2 bedrooms 2 bathrooms one in master bedroom is self contain with bathroom second bathroom are not separate.. the house have 980 sqft planty of room to share.😁🌺 I do have friend come over on weekends not every weekend so share kitchen with my friend thank you
