Guest access The whole apartment is yours, with a private entrance from the street (the Green door) and no shared spaces. It is one of three ground-floor units in a small residential building; the other two are separate apartments with their own doors. The garbage collection point is just outside the building. There is no parking at the building; coin parking is 2 minutes away. Other things to note A few honest notes before you book: • A compact 26㎡ studio: perfect for 2, fine for 3, tight for 4 with large suitcases. • The smart TV streams Netflix, YouTube and Prime Video; there are no Japanese broadcast channels. • Japanese law requires the full name of every guest and, for guests who do not live in Japan, a passport copy before check-in. We send the door code once this is done. • Check-in from 16:00, check-out by 11:00. Early check-in or late check-out may be possible if you ask the day before (a fee may apply for late check-out). • No smoking anywhere, including e-cigarettes. No parties, no pets. Quiet hours 21:00 to 7:00; please be mindful of the neighbors in the other units. • An exterior security camera records the entrance only. • Winter: sidewalks are cleared but can be icy, so bring shoes with good grip.
