New custom built modern lakefront home nestled in mountains. Walk into the open concept home with floor to ceiling windows with tree top and lake views. The home is close to Tryon Equestrian Center, wineries, apple orchards, Lake Lure, and more. Floating Dock with paddle boards and kayaks to share. Outdoor fire pit area. Three bedrooms upstairs and bunk room in the basement. We have 4.5 bathrooms. Full covered upstairs patio as well as basement full of games for when the sun goes down. The space This is a newly built two story home. Walk into an open concept living room, dining area, and kitchen. This opens up to a full wall of windows overlooking the lake and the tree tops. We have a full covered porch with dining seating and cozy couches for relaxing. On the main floor there are 3 bedrooms and bathrooms as well as the laundry room. In the basement, you will find a bunk room that sleep 8 people with a full bathroom on suite. The balance of the basement is open game room and lounging area to gather and have fun equipped with a powder bath off to the side. The back covered porch stretches the length of the home with seating and ping pong. Beyond the back porch is the firepit area as well as the walk down to the dock and lake. By the dock, you will find paddleboards and kayaks that you can use to explore the lake. The detached garage has a simple workout area as well as a car charger for electric cars. Other things to note We have tried to provide everything you will need while you stay. Our kitchen should have all things to get you cooking if you so desire. We have a Keurig and drip coffee makers available for you. All bathrooms are stacked with towels, shampoo, conditioner, and body gels. We do offer lake towels and life jackets if accessing the water.
