Toilet will have 3 paper rolls. *Not-Pet friendly *Not- Party allowed Pls don't leave the unit a mess. If cleaners need more time to finish the cleaning job they'll charge extra cleaning fee. Respect quiet hours. Pls make sure to be quiet after 10pm till 8am. The deposit will be confiscated if you violate the regulations. Party is extreamly not allowed. If you make much noise at night ,I'll have to call the police and push you out of the house with no refund back. If you hold a party, you may be fined up to AUD 2000.
