Inside, the condo is styled in bright, coastal tones with comfortable seating for four in the living room and a flat-screen TV for evening downtime. The condo has a fully equipped kitchen and dining table for four to create an inviting space for shared meals. A screened-in balcony extends the living space outdoors, offering an outdoor couch and seating for four to enjoy Gulf breezes. The master bedroom features a king-size bed, TV, and en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The guest bedroom includes a queen bed, TV, and a desk setup for remote work or personal projects, while the second bathroom provides a convenient tub and shower combo. You will find food trucks, restaurants and bars opened, live music, fresh "pink gold" shrimp, and all the natural splendor this tropical island paradise has to offer, including our world famous sunsets. Take the short ride by car or the island trolley to the north end of the island to Old San Carlos Boulevard with loads of new restaurants (and some old favorites), food trucks, bars and Bayside Park. Also at the north end of the island sits Bowditch Point Park with its turtle walk and lively beach where all the boats pass on their way out to the Gulf. You can choose to go south to Lovers Key State Park, where you can hike along nature trails, canoe or kayak along estuaries and bicycle amidst the mangroves or further south to exclusive shopping centers in Bonita and Naples. Now open Santini Marina Plaza, will offer you restaurants, bars, shops and a marina, where you can rent a boat or kayak and explore the Great Waterway and mangrove back bays! The island's major supermarket, Publix, is open, as is Snook Bite Marina with its two lively restaurants on the Bay. We would like to note that there is still construction occurring on the island as Fort Myers Beach rebuilds newer and stronger after Hurricane Ian. We have been hard at work to make the island beautiful again. Despite our recovery mode, we are ready to welcome visitors back and certain you will enjoy our beautifully restored, white sandy beaches and emerald, green Gulf waters.
