Beautiful and spacious summer house, up to 12 guests, located in the mountains, 800 meters above sea level, in Mulungu, next to Guaramiranga. 120 km from Fortaleza and 12 km and 30 minutes from Guaramiranga. Each bedroom has 2 beds, totaling 6 beds (4 single beds and 2 full-size beds - a little larger). There is a hammock hanger available for 2 hammocks in each bedroom, for 3 hammocks in the living room and hammock hangers on the balcony. We provide 6 hammocks, 2 rope hammocks for resting, 12 towels and 12 blankets. It has a balcony, barbecue area, small swimming pool, toys in the garden and a soccer field. Located on a small farm, with a beautiful view of nature, in a municipality near Guaramiranga. We emphasize that it is a country house, suitable for those who want to experience nature. The water used for bathing comes from its own deep well, which is analyzed and treated. We guarantee privacy inside the house. However, the caretaker performs daily maintenance in the external area and when his support is needed, the guest should contact him by phone/WhatsApp. We consider our lodging more suitable for family/friend groups because, as it accommodates up to 12 people, it makes the cost-benefit better. We remind you that it is a house for Seasonal Rental, which does not yet offer all the services available in inns or hotels, nor for events. Note: To further protect guests from Covid 19, waterproof covers have been placed on the mattresses. Guest access Entire home, plus garden and parking Other things to note 1) TRANSPORTATION Topic provides transportation to the site and tours to Guaramiranga, Pico Alto, historic sites and waterfalls. 2) PETS: Guests can bring PETs, but it is forbidden for hygiene reasons for them to climb or sleep on the beds. 3) DIRECTIONS Before you travel, ask the owner for information on the best way to get from Mulungu's municipal seat to the house, because GPS indicates the most difficult route. 4) ATTENTION TO THE ELDERLY AND PEOPLE WITH REDUCED MOBILITY Because it is in a mountain range, between the parking lot (inside the property) and the house, there is a 15-meter slope (as shown in the photos), with paving and stairs. For this reason, the caretaker will be available with a wheelbarrow to carry the luggage. Drivers with more driving skills can go up the hill and park next to the house. 5) TRAILS Option of trails leaving the site, with a local guide, to visit waterfalls, overlooks, coffee history and native forest and birdwatching. 6) CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT You can check in after 8 a.m. and check out by 5 p.m. 01 daily rate = 01 overnight stay = if you enter by 8 a.m. and leave the next day by 5 p.m. = 1 daily rate 7) Events are allowed, as long as previously negotiated and in compliance with governmental and municipal decrees. 8) We ask that when you leave, wait for the caretaker to inspect the premises to avoid forgetting any objects.
