The space Cozy ground floor with private garden and fireplace This house has a fully equipped kitchen, ideal for preparing your favorite meals. Enjoy special moments in the cozy dining and living room, which features a wood-burning fireplace, creating a warm and comfortable atmosphere. On this floor you will find a fully equipped bathroom and access to a large 120 square meter garden, perfect for enjoying the nice weather. The garden includes two designated areas for outdoor dining and a barbecue, ideal for those delicious family roasts. Night Area: On the second floor there are three spacious bedrooms and two bathrooms: Master Suite: With a 160 cm bed, private terrace to enjoy the sun, dressing room and bathroom with bathtub. Bedroom 2: With a 180 cm bed, large closet and garden views. Room 3: Equipped with a bunk bed that includes a 140 cm double bed and two 90 cm single beds, spacious so that the little ones can rest and play. Guest access The house is located in a residential development with a sports area that includes: * Heated indoor pool open year-round (Friday to Sunday). * Large outdoor pool and children's pool (available mid-June through mid-September). * Two paddle tennis courts and two tennis courts for sports enthusiasts. * Soccer and basketball court for children to enjoy. * Ping pong tables.
