Newly renovated basement suite with private bathroom. The neighborhood is safe and quiet. The space The newly renovated basement will be exclusively used by our guest. There is a Keurig coffee maker with pods as well as microwave and refrigerator. We are 3 minutes drive to Giant, Target, CVS, RiteAid, Chick-fil-A and Red Robin Guest access Guests can access Backyard, Front yard, living area. There is also a walking trail nearby During your stay I’ll be available to welcome guests to the house and show guest the space they’ll be using. I’ll also be available by text and phone all the time
