Please send to nearby pick-up location. - No moving or rearranging furniture - No pre-checked bag storage (may be available upon request with fee) - No pets or other animals of any kind allowed on premises. Service animals will require a $500 deep cleaning fee and a $500 refundable deposit for each. - No food allowed on couch + TV area and within bedrooms - No disturbing neighbors. Please be quiet and respectful on driveway and do not block neighbors' marked driveway areas. - No parking anywhere other than assigned spaces within paved driveway. Can fit up to two mid-sized cars. - No adjusting AC thermometer below 67 degrees. It will break the unit. - No unplugging of electronics, e.g. TVs, cable boxes, routers, lamps, etc. - Please be sure to unplug all unused appliances such as hair tools, laptop chargers from socket when leaving the home and turn off stove, oven, AC/heater. - Adult supervision of children on the property required at ALL times, in ALL areas indoor and outdoor, especially around pool. Please note, there is no pool fence. We reserve the right to cancel your reservation with no refund and keep your security deposit if any of these rules are broken These rules are in place to maintain the highest quality standards in our accommodations for the benefit of our guests. Guest access We provide our guests with contactless self check-in with access to the entire house. Additional details provided near check-in. Parking for up to 2 cars is available on the driveway with additional parking along the street. Other things to note 💧 POOL - Please note that our pool does not have a safety fence. Guests are responsible for supervising children and non-swimmers at all times. For families with young kids, extra caution is strongly advised. Your safety is our priority—please stay vigilant and enjoy responsibly. - The pool surface shows some natural variation in color due to the plaster finish, which is common in many pools and purely cosmetic. It does not affect water quality, cleanliness, or safety in any way. - Pool maintenance: Fridays. The pool professional(s) will clean the pool and will access the backyard via the side gate. Please note that debris may be present in the pool between our weekly cleanings which can be due to wind or other factors outside our control. We provide tools such as a net if guest would like to clear any leaves and debris during their stay. - Pool heating is available upon request PRIOR to the start of the reservation to allow ample time to heat for an additional daily fee. Do NOT adjust or tamper with the pool heater. Any modifications, alteration, or damage to the heater by guests will incur a $1,000 fee with repair or replacement costs. 🥂 Bachelorette/Bachelor Gatherings - We welcome low-key bachelor and bachelorette trips. This home is ideal for relaxed, respectful celebrations and is not suitable for loud parties, events, or disruptive behavior. 🛠️ Other maintenance: - Trash collection: Thursdays. Please roll the three bins to the curb on Wednesday evenings and back on Thursday night. - Street sweeping: 2nd and 4th Fridays of every month. No street parking is allowed during this period. The guest is liable for any incurred citations or fees and host will not be held responsible for any issues regarding street sweeping and parking regulations. 📣 More details: - Please be mindful and respectful of our neighbors as this is a quiet residential area. - Please note that only the living rooms have TVs. Bedrooms do not have TVs. - Garage is to remain closed at all times. - One bath towel, one hand towel, and one makeup towel per guest (more available upon request). - Beach cruisers (2) are available upon request with a daily fee ($30/bike per day). Guests will be required to sign a waiver. - Super73 electric bikes/e-bikes (3) available with daily fee ($60/bike per day, ask for discounted rates for multiple days). Must request at least two days prior to reservation start date. Guests will be required to sign a waiver. - After the reservation is confirmed, we will ask you to agree to our house rules and for a government issued ID. Both are required for access to the home. 🛡️ Property disclosure: Our security system includes four exterior cameras monitoring the front entry points, garage, backyard and sides, recording video and audio in response to live motion movement in the area. A smart home device is installed in the living room to detect smoke and monitor noise decibels exclusively without recording audio or video. All camera devices operate 24/7 and are situated on the exterior of the property solely intended for security purposes. There are no cameras within the home to protect your privacy. There are four water leak sensors inside the home where water pipes are connected. ✅ As hosts, we prioritize the safety and well-being of our guests and strive to maintain a secure environment. However, we cannot be held responsible for any injuries, accidents, illnesses, or damages that may occur to guests or their belongings during their stay at our home. We strongly recommend that guests obtain travel insurance to cover any unforeseen events or emergencies. Guests are also encouraged to take necessary precautions, such as locking doors and windows and avoiding hazardous activities. By booking with us, guests acknowledge their responsibility for their own safety and release the host from liability for any incidents during their stay. Registration Details STR-2023-0096
