It is on the first floor of a building with a pharmacy and restaurant on the ground floor: everything is comfortable, easy and at your fingertips. Guest access After booking, you can check in online quickly and easily. Access to the apartment is independent: you will receive all the instructions to collect the keys independently and access without time constraints (from 3:00 p.m. onwards). A Local Manager will follow you at every stage of your check-in and during your vacation through remote support to give you all the information you need and help you enjoy your vacation to the fullest. If, on the other hand, you would like to have a Local Manager who can physically welcome you upon arrival, just ask a few days before your arrival. For a fee of €20.00, a person will be there to welcome you. The apartment is on the second floor and the entrance is independent. Other things to note The large balcony is shared laterally with two other apartments. You might have a chat with the neighbors: it's part of village life. During the summer, village parties are often held in the nearby square. If you are looking for a place that is always quiet and secluded, it is good to know that at certain times the atmosphere can be more lively. The curtains in the living room are not present to allow a full and continuous view of the lake. If you want to darken the room, you can use the external shutters. There are two deckchairs on the balcony – please use them with care so that the next guests can also enjoy them. We invite you to recycle consciously, following the instructions in the house. Please use the air conditioner carefully: avoid leaving it on with the windows open. These are small gestures that help the environment and improve the experience for everyone.
