The majority of the people here appreciate the creative freedom and less oversight on personal spaces that is allowed. It is possible to see small children frequent the creeks chasing frogs and catching crawdads. Or a retired couple riding electric bikes around the neighborhood. Or perhaps you will see no one at all. This place embodies a tranquil spirit, where time moves gently and encourages you to slow down and rejuvenate. The location's wooded surroundings result in frequent stray and pet drop offs.
