Comfortable bedroom with a queen-sized bed and a large smart TV. A private bathroom is conveniently located in the hall, just outside the bedroom. The space Upon entering the front door, you're greeted by a wide hallway that provides easy access to the bedroom and private bathroom on your left. The one-level layout ensures a seamless flow into the bright open living, dining, and kitchen areas. Sliding glass doors off the dining area leading to a small covered patio overlooking the rolling golf course with a sunset view! Guest access The front door is equipped with a keypad; the entry code will be provided prior to check-in. Driveway parking is available for guests. During your stay The villa is shared with the hosts, a respectful couple who reside in a secluded area at the back of the house. They are available to assist with any questions or needs during your stay and will provide their contact information upon check-in. Other things to note Guests are welcome to use their designated space in the refrigerator and pantry to store food and beverages during their stay. Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the property inside or outside. This includes tobacco, e-cigarettes, and cannabis. Alcoholic beverages are not permitted. Additional guests (over 2), or pets, are not able to be accommodated.
