The layout offers privacy and flexibility: A Queen bedroom is located in the lower-level apartment, featuring its own separate entrance—perfect for added privacy or multi-family stays. The upper level of the main cottage includes both the King bedroom and a Full bedroom, also with its own private entrance. Inside, enjoy plush bedding, cozy living spaces, and full bathrooms stocked with essentials. A fully stocked coffee bar makes mornings a delight, whether you're sipping on the deck or relaxing in a screened-in porch. You may encounter: • Mosquitoes, gnats, spiders, and ants, especially in warmer months • Deer, birds, raccoons, and possibly even a fox or turtle • Bugs around outdoor lights in the evenings We do our best to manage nature respectfully, but it is part of the charm and reality of staying in the great outdoors. Bug spray is available under the kitchen sink, and we recommend keeping doors closed to keep little visitors outside where they belong!
