This room is private, as is your own bathroom just down the hall. We are within the city limits in a quiet, safe, historic neighborhood, overlooking woods & conveniently located to all the area attractions & main transportation routes. Pets do live here but are never in the guest quarters. The space The Private Bedroom features a king size bed with plush bedding and a chaise. Plenty of dresser and closet space. Flat Screen Roku TV w/ Blu-ray Player. Your private bathroom is steps away just down the hallway and features a deep soaker tub & shower with great water pressure. We provide all linens and towels. Feel free to meander around the property both inside and out. Interior doors that are closed are private areas. Common Areas are used by other guests and the hosts. During your stay During your stay we live on site but typically stay in a private section of the home giving our guests plenty of space. We love interacting with new people and sharing our home and city with them. Other things to note Pets live on this property. We have1 cat and 2 dogs. Unless you are a dog lover we keep our dogs in a private area of the home. You may see them running around in the yard at times. Our cats live in the basement of the house, or sometimes the garage or outside and is very friendly but not allowed in the main house. If you are interested in early Check-In and/or late Check-Out, we may be able to accommodate you but sometimes this isn’t possible due to other bookings but just ask.
