To finalize your reservation, guests must: ✔ Sign our rental agreement within 48 hours of booking. ✔ Pay a $500 refundable deposit before arrival. 🌟 Location Highlights 5–7 minute walk to downtown Templeton 2-minute walk to Saturday Farmers Market & Town Park 6-minute drive to Paso Robles or Atascadero 25 minutes to the beaches of Morro Bay, Cayucos, or Pismo Surrounded by over 250 wineries in every direction Trader Joe’s, groceries, and other essentials within 1 mile 🐾 Pet Policy (Dogs Only) We welcome up to 2 well-behaved dogs with prior approval. $100 per pet (non-refundable fee, per week or portion of a week) Please share your dog’s name, breed, and weight at the time of booking We’ll send you our pet policy and payment request after booking Dogs must not be left unattended outdoors and must be respectful of furniture and space 🔒 Security & House Notes 4 outdoor security cameras around the main house: Front driveway Back gate Garage/front entry Doorbell cam 1 camera at the casita entryway (for safety only) No tampering with camera systems—this will result in immediate eviction without refund Garage is shared with cleaners for the casita (accessed from the outside only; feel free to lock the interior door for privacy) Guest access *Access code and other important entry instructions will be sent to you on the day before your check in via the booking app and in an email. *This home does not allow for EV car charging and does not have an EV Charger, please make other offsite plans for charging your electric vehicle if staying at this home. We are not responsible for any electrical issues you may encounter if you overload the older electrical system of this home by plugging in a vehicle Other things to note There are four (4) security cameras on the outside perimeter of the house that are recording both audio and video 24/7. Two in the front, one in the back, and a ring doorbell. Tampering with the camera system in any way is grounds for immediate eviction without refund. Our cleaners may periodically enter the garage from the outside door to do laundry for the Casita unit. They do not enter the home and you are free to lock the door between the home and the garage if you wish.
