Forest Vine Cottage is also pet-friendly, so your well-behaved furry companions are welcome to join you for a relaxing wine-country getaway. 🏡 The Space Sleep: Comfortably sleeps up to 10 guests across thoughtfully arranged bedrooms with quality mattresses, cozy linens, and plenty of space to unwind. Gather & Relax: Open-concept living areas provide ample seating for group conversations, movie nights, and shared meals. Kitchen & Dining: Fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances, cookware, and dining space ideal for home-cooked meals or wine-country feasts. Indoor Comfort: Central climate control, high-speed Wi-Fi, and Smart TVs ensure a comfortable stay year-round. Tiny Home (Casita): Accessible Through the Main House (Sleeps an additional 2) Private studio space attached to the main home, with interior access through a hallway 📍 The Location 10–15 Minutes: Paso Robles wineries, tasting rooms, downtown dining, and shopping Close By: Scenic country roads, olive oil producers, and peaceful vineyard landscapes 30–40 Minutes: Central Coast beaches, Cambria, and San Luis Obispo 🔑 Important Guest Info Rental Contract: A signed rental agreement is mandatory and must be completed within 48 hours of booking confirmation. Security Deposit: A refundable security deposit of $500 is required per stay to cover potential incidentals and is released after checkout. Quiet Hours: Located in a serene residential area; guests are asked to observe local quiet hours from 10 pm. Property Note: Garage is shared with cleaners for the casita (accessed from the outside only; feel free to lock the interior door for privacy). Pets: We welcome up to 2 well-behaved dogs with prior approval. $100 per pet (non-refundable fee, per week or portion of a week). Please share your dog’s name, breed, and weight at the time of booking. Dogs must not be left unattended outdoors and must be respectful of furniture and space Cancellation Fee: We understand that plans can change. TVR is committed to offering a flexible cancellation policy whenever possible; however, all cancellations will incur a $75 cancellation processing fee. We are not responsible for any electrical issues you may encounter if you overload the older electrical system of this home by plugging in a vehicle Other things to note There are four (4) security cameras on the outside perimeter of the house that are recording both audio and video 24/7. Two in the front, one in the back, and a ring doorbell. Tampering with the camera system in any way is grounds for immediate eviction without refund. Our cleaners may periodically enter the garage from the outside door to do laundry for the Casita unit. They do not enter the home and you are free to lock the door between the home and the garage if you wish.
