Just a couple of years old and tastefully decorated, with beautiful water views from the bedroom. It’s only a 5-minute walk to the beach at the end of the road, and there’s a super handy shop open every day right across the street. A relaxing spot to unwind and enjoy your stay! The space This stylish property is spread over three floors and offers versatile living spaces to suit every need. On the first floor, you’ll find a spacious open-plan living room, perfect for relaxing or entertaining. The ground floor features a separate living room with a sofa bed and direct access to the rear garden, where outdoor seating provides a lovely spot to enjoy a peaceful morning coffee or a warm evening outdoors. Upstairs, there are two generously sized double bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom, both finished to a high standard for your comfort. The property also benefits from off-street parking for added convenience. Guest access The entire house is available for your use, with the exception of the garage, which will remain locked and is not accessible during your stay. Additionally, there is a locked linen cupboard located in one of the bedrooms that will also be unavailable for guest use. Other things to note No parties or events allowed. Please be aware that there is a noise and cigarette smoke monitor installed in the property that will alert the hosts if any guests were to have extra guests or a party in the premises. Any guests found to attempt to do either of these actions will be asked to leave. The noise monitor doe NOT record any conversations.
