The space What to expect The “Zerminiger” apartment is located on the first floor of a newly renovated two-storey house. The house is in a quiet residential area but still centrally located in the village. The apartment offers you a fully equipped kitchen with dining area, a cozy living and sleeping space with streaming TV. The king-size double bed in the open space guarantees restful nights. There is also a sofa bed (120x190) for one extra guest or two small children. Since it’s in the sleeping area, the apartment is best suited for couples or couples with small kids who can comfortably sleep on the sofa bed. On the balcony, you can relax with an aperitif and enjoy your vacation evening. The village Morter, part of the municipality Latsch, is a true paradise for hiking and biking. Numerous hiking trails and bike routes start right nearby. The Martell Valley is just a stone’s throw away and impresses with its pristine nature year-round. The apartment “Zerminiger” is therefore the ideal base for your outdoor activities. For your comfort, we provide a bike wash station and a storage area for your bike. Just a few minutes’ walk away is our small but charming village shop “Kostbar”, where you can find everything you need and enjoy a delicious cappuccino. For bigger shopping trips, the shopping centers in Schlanders and Latsch are reachable within a few minutes by car. Another highlight for you: as our guest (2 adults with kids), you get free entry to the Aquaforum Latsch – swimming pool and sauna included, as often as you like during regular opening hours. See you soon, Nicole Guest access The entire apartment is exclusively yours during your stay. You can conveniently park your vehicle in the designated parking spot at the house. Our guests also have access to the bike wash station and a storage area for bicycles. Due to ongoing construction nearby, the garden is currently only partially accessible. Once the construction is finished, part of the garden will be available for guests, including sun loungers and a barbecue area. Other things to note To make your stay as comfortable as possible, we provide some basic essentials in the fully equipped kitchen: olive oil, frying oil, vinegar, salt, pepper, coffee and tea. You’ll also find trash bags, dish soap, dishwasher tabs and dish towels. In the interest of sustainability, we kindly ask you to separate your waste according to local recycling rules. In the bathroom, you’ll find soap, shower gel, toilet paper and a hairdryer. We guarantee cleanliness and provide fresh bed linen and towels. For stays longer than one week, towel changes are available on request. Additional information: · Wi-Fi is available throughout the apartment. The code is on an info board in the hallway, along with other helpful tips and flyers for your stay. · Our streaming TVs are internet-connected, so you can log into your personal services like Netflix, Disney+ and many others. You’re also welcome to use my Netflix account to stream films, series and documentaries. Many public channels with online streaming are also available. Please note that traditional public broadcasters are not accessible via our TVs. · A drying rack is available on the balcony.
