Sure to be one of the coziest Airbnb's in the Pittsburgh area, this hip and stylish one bedroom newly renovated cottage is steps away from from one of Pittsburgh's most celebrated pizzerias, fantastic breweries, bars, and new restaurants springing up along Ambridge's up and coming Merchant St. Overlooking a park, the cottage is a 5 minute walk to Old Economy village and a one minute walk to Holy Trinity Seminary. It doesn't get more centrally located than this! The space This is a newly renovated home with beautiful hardwood floors. There is one bedroom and one bathroom, perfect for 1-2 guests. The bedroom is cozy and quiet and the brand new mattress is very comfortable. The property has an updated bathroom with a walk-in shower. The kitchen is functional and well stocked with cooking utensils for guests. Most lights have dimmer switches to set the mood that you prefer. This is perfectly situated in the center of it all, yet extremely quiet, safe, peaceful. There is a washer and dryer situated downstairs in a sparkling clean basement for our guests to utilize during their stay. A small yard out back can allow guests to sit outside during warmer months. Zip down Route 65 to make it to Pittsburgh in 25 minutes or cross over the bridge to make it to the airport in 15 - 20 minutes. Sewickley is a 7-10 minute drive down Route 65. Beaver is 15 minutes in the opposite direction. Cranberry is a 25 minute drive away. Our goal is to provide our guests with an amazing experience. Guest access Guests will have access to keypad to enter home. Guest will have access to washer and dryer in the basement. Other things to note Famous pizza shops, new coffee spots, breweries, and restaurants and bars are steps away from the home. We will start our guest out with the basics; trash bags, dish soap, body soap, and sponge provided. Long term guests are responsible for their own supplies once initial supplies have been depleted.
