KEY AMENITIES: - Warm Water Area: Swimming pool and hot tub with hydromassage, heated by solar panels (reaching up to 28°C in hot weather). - Private Pickleball Court: Ready for friendly matches with your group. - Equipped Barbecue: Charcoal barbecue area with built-in oven for your roasts. - Fully Fitted Kitchen: Completely equipped with crockery, cutlery, appliances and a full set of utensils. Wake up surrounded by fresh air and nature, enjoy your morning coffee by the pool, take part in a quick pickleball tournament, and end the day by relaxing in the bubbles of the hot tub while preparing an al fresco dinner. Guest access You'll have exclusive and private access to the entire villa and its outdoor facilities. ARRIVAL AND PARKING: Private access via an electric gate. Large area with cobblestone paving within the property, with space to park up to six vehicles completely securely. UNIVERSAL ACCESSIBILITY: The quinta has a flat and smooth cobbled path that connects the main entrance with all the rooms and gardens, allowing access for wheelchair users or people with reduced mobility. Other things to note To ensure a pleasant and flawless stay, please bear the following points in mind: ADDITIONAL HEATING FOR THE POOL/JACUZZI: The pool has solar panels included. For the cold season (December to February) or if you want to raise the temperature even higher than the standard, we have a gas boiler service available for a moderate extra charge. OUTDOOR MUSIC AND TIMES: For garden parties, the latest time allowed for outdoor music or loudspeakers is 10:00 p.m., in accordance with neighbourhood regulations and out of respect for the community. After that time, the gathering can continue in the indoor areas of the house. CONNECTIVITY AND WORK: We have high-speed Wi-Fi in communal areas for remote working or entertainment. PETS AND FAMILIES: We welcome pets upon prior request / Cot or high chair available upon prior request.
