The space This apartment is within a privately owned building, totalling 10 units. We have a large, private parking lot directly in front of the building, with undesignated spaces. First come, first serve. This apartment is on the third floor, with staircase access from the front of the building, directly off the parking lot. The top floor means no noise from tenants above, and the vaulted ceiling in the living room makes for a lovely view of the sunset, and adds to the privacy of this unit. The large living room windows are tinted. The only shared space in this unit is the hallway, and the laundry room. The laundry is a jack and jill style space, with locked doors between this unit and the apartment across the hall, which is also an AirBnb. You can choose to leave this door locked, and access this location at your convenience. The machines are high efficiency washer and dryer. We do not allow pets in our units, to protect our guests with allergies. We are family friendly, and open to long term rentals periods. Our property is located 2 minutes from NKU, and 10 minutes from downtown Cincinnati. We are one stop light from the interstate, and centrally located to the Northern KY area. 18 minutes from the CVG International Airport, and this location is quick and easy to get Uber rides to and from wherever you'd like to go. Located directly nextdoor is LaRue Bowling Lanes, and on the other side, 2 buildings away, is the Nittha Siam Kitchen, our favorite Thai restaurant. Both locations are walkable from the apartment. On the corner is Frisch's Big Boy, and they offer breakfast, lunch, and dinner. A 5 minute walk, or a 2 minute car ride. The living room tv is a smart tv, with access to sign-in to your favorite apps and streaming services, along with free tv options on the main streaming platform. The living room tv is the only tv in the unit. We offer free wi-fi to all of our guests. We provide linens for each bed, with plenty of pillows and toss blankets for lounging around. We also provide 4 bath towels per stay, along with wash cloths and hand towels. Our bathroom has a blow dryer, and we provide body wash, shampoo, and hand soap. 3 rolls of toilet paper are also provided. We provide a bit of coffee, a variety of flavor syrups, sugar packets, and some creamer cups. We also provide popcorn and water bottles. Our kitchen is well stocked with the essentials for cooking, and contains service for 4. We provide 3 garbage bags, a roll of paper towel, kitchen towel and 2 dish cloths, and dawn dish soap. We provide a few laundry essentials, enough to do at least 3 loads of wash. If you plan to stay longer than one week, you may need to plan to bring or purchase additional toiletries and kitchen/laundry supplies. We do not supply kitchen condiments, however guests will tend to leave behind spices, cooking oils, aluminum foil, and coffee. We cannot guarantee these ammenities, but often times there are a few. Guest access Guests enter the building at the main entrance, located in the center of the building, directly off the parking lot. This door is open to all guests. This apartment is on the third floor, with public stairwell on the way to the unit. The door to the apartment has an electronic key pad, and you will receive the code for your stay with your check-in instructions.
