The Gold Creek Getaway offers a peaceful yard with a fire pit, garden, and access to Gold Creek just feet away for fishing or a place to sit with a cold drink, sunbathe and read a good book. The space This cozy home that was once a single wide travel remodeled with an addition for extra space offers the simplicity and coziness that a little cabin offers. With 3 bedrooms/1 bath, living room, kitchen and front room/dining area you will have plenty of space for your family and friends. There is a large yard located on 1 acre, right along Gold Creek with a front porch for morning coffee in the sunshine or a large porch located off the master bedroom. Along the creek there is a fire pit, garden, and lounging chairs to spend your days and evenings relaxing and basking in the Colorado Sunshine. Guest access The home, front and back yard, creek, and bridge are all available for guests. Anywhere North of the home. There are sheds that will be locked and not for guest access. The south part of the yard may be hosting other guests or the host in the camper. Other things to note Pets at welcome (maximum 2) but please disclose upon booking as there is a $100/pet non-refundable pet fee. Must be added when booking. If pet is not disclosed of and paid for upon booking an additional $100 fee will be added to the reservation ontop of the $100 pet fee during your stay.
