A gem in the foothills of the Berkshire Mountains. Swimming and boating in the summer, leaves changing in the fall and skiing in the winter into spring. Austerlitz offers all this and more. We are 15-25 minutes from shopping and dining in the quaint neighboring towns of Great Barrington and Stockbridge as well as local faves Chatham, Old Chatham and Hudson. We are also convenient to musical and theatrical performances at the MacHayden, SPAC, Tanglewood and "The Egg" in Albany. We Love NY! The space Sip coffee or cocktails on the expansive front deck enjoying songbirds in the morning and a sky full of stars in the evening. Enjoy the calming sounds of a babbling brook while grilling dinner or taking a time out on the back deck. Guest access The whole house is yours to enjoy. The yard is the space between the fences bordered by the driveway. Firewood is provided on the front porch and by the firepit.
