No smoking.. North Lodge is truly unique country house in the city of Brighton. Once you drive through the large wooden gates at the entrance of the drive, you feel as though you are in the countryside. Well-established bushes and trees surround the house and give the property a sense of seclusion. There is a large gravel drive that can accommodate six cars. Once inside you have the sumptuous living room directly in front of you. This is a cosy space for relaxing in front of the wood burner and watching a movie with the family. Back in the hall, you are greeted by a beautiful spiral staircase leading up to the three bedrooms and family bathroom. In the family bathroom there is a free-standing roll-top bath in a good-sized room. It is the ideal place to relax and unwind after exploring Brighton and all the city has to offer night and day. There are two large bedrooms and one smaller bedroom. All bedrooms have been decorated to a very high standard and have quality bed linen and Smart TVs. Any of these bedrooms are going to be the most peaceful place to sleep. Back down the spiral staircase and into the large country-style kitchen which is open-plan with the dining area. It has all the quintessential characteristics of a county kitchen, from the cabinets to the Agra. There is a stunning unique feature that has been reclaimed from the railway. The dining area is a fabulous space while taking in the picturesque scenery from the garden. The garden is a reasonable size with a fire pit, barbecue and garden table and chairs for al fresco dining. There is a beautiful lawn that is surrounded by trees and bushes, a completely private area with no neighbouring houses overlooking. Perfect place for the family to relax in peace and quiet.
