Come back from the cold and treat yourself to a private hot tub. Explore the trail around 34 acres, discovering all kinds of winter wildlife. Great location near South Haven and all it has to offer. Many attractions in the area, but this cabin is so cozy you might find yourself staying in. The space There is one king size, one queen, and one twin bed. This fits 5 people comfortably. The small living room couch does fold down into a bed, fitting a child. We can also provide one or two cots, if needed. Please message if you are bringing more than 5 people. Bringing a larger group? Check out our other listings on this property! Guest access *There can be heavy snowfall at this location. The driveway will be plowed regularly, but we cannot guarantee at what time of day. Snow will be cleared before guests arrival, but during the stay guests are responsible for shoveling an outdoor space for pets and clearing snow off of hot tub.* * You have access to all 34 acres, however, it is recommended that you stay on the mowed trail. There are many ticks in the area. Please note, there is one RV site and two glamping tents on the premises. They are also rented out. They have their own driveways. Other things to note ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING OR VAPING INSIDE OF THE CABIN. You will be charged for any resulting damages. It is very challenging to remove the odor, and many future guests can not tolerate it. You are welcome to smoke/vape outdoors, so long as you clean up after yourselves. Travel advisory: There is always a possibility of rainstorms, high winds, and power outages. You are advised to get travelers insurance. We do not refund for poor weather or resulting events. Please check in before the sun goes down. There is not much lighting to see the drive leading to the cabin. The owner is not responsible for any damage caused to your vehicle by trees or stumps. Please help us keep this hot tub clean so the next guests can appreciate it, too! If the tub is excessively dirty and requires extra cleaning time you will be charged. Cleaning equipment will be available if you need it during your stay. Please adhere to the following rules: 1. Maximum of 6 guests in the hot tub. 2. No glass containers or food in the hot tub 3. Shower before using the hot tub. 4. Keep children supervised at all times. Never leave a child unattended near an uncovered hot tub. Children under the age of five should not be allowed in hot tubs due to the risk of overheating, dehydration, and drowning. Children should spend no more than 5-15 minutes in the tub. 4. Limit alcohol consumption in the hot tub 5. No pets allowed in the hot tub. 7. No jumping or diving in. 9. Keep the hot tub cover on when not in use. This prevents debris from entering the water and potentially clogging the filtration system. This will also help retain heat. 10. There is a first aid kit in the bathroom, under the sink. 11. Do not add any salts or oils to the water. It can clog the pump and require a total water change. Regarding pets: Only approved well-behaved dogs of 35 lbs or less are allowed on the premises (for a fee). Maximum of 1 dog can be approved. Please follow the rules to ensure a safe environment for all guests. 1. Keep your dog leashed at all times to respect the space of other campers and pets. 2. Pick up after your dog every time to avoid leaving pet waste behind. 3. Give other guests plenty of space when walking your dog to avoid any negative reactions. 4. Keep your dog safely contained within your site, whether in an RV, tent or using a portable fence, crate, or dog run. 5. Discourage lunging and barking at other campers. LIABILITY WAIVER- By making your reservation you and the other members in your party as THE GUESTS agree to release THE HOSTS from all liability, including financial responsibility relating to injuries and personal property damage that may occur during your stay. You understand that hiking and climbing anywhere on the property is at your own risk, and special risks may be involved with these activities. Adults are to observe minors near the water at all times. You accept full responsibility for any bodily injury arising while on the property and hold the owner harmless.
