The space 🌿 Welcome to our villa Just 3 km from the medieval walls of Cittadella, our villa is a small retreat surrounded by tranquility. Here you can live slow and serene days, between a coffee in the sun in the garden and a walk to discover Veneto. 🌳 The garden The heart of the house is the large fenced garden: lounge chairs where you can read or rest in the afternoon, a table where you can dine under the stars and safe green spaces even for the little ones. A place to really feel at home. 🏡 The interior The bright and cozy living area invites you to share moments together, whether it's an evening chat or a relaxing movie. The kitchen, complete with everything, is ready to smell slow breakfasts or dinners after a day around. 🛌 The rooms Three well-kept and comfortable rooms welcome everyone's rest: the double for those looking for space and intimacy, the perfect triple for friends or kids, and a third room that fits between two singles that can be approached. 🚿 The bathroom A simple but practical environment, designed to regenerate with a shower after a busy day. ✨ A unique starting point The location is central and convenient: in less than an hour you can reach Padua, Vicenza, Venice, the Dolomites and the Venetian hills. The house is large; for this reason, there is a surcharge for energy consumption during periods of use of heating and air conditioning. Winter period: from November 1 to April 14 Surcharge of €20 per night for heating. During the winter, the pellet is provided by us. Summer period: from June 20 to September 15 Supplement of €20 per night for the use of the air conditioner. The surcharge covers the energy costs necessary to ensure maximum comfort during your stay. Guest access Guests have access to the entire villa and the private fenced garden🌿. All indoor and outdoor spaces – bedrooms, bathroom, kitchen, living area, garden with deckchairs and table – are for exclusive use, so as to guarantee privacy and total freedom during the stay. No area is shared with others, you can really feel at home. The outdoor fireplace is only for decoration, not usable. The pellet stove in the house, on the other hand, can be used during the mid-season and winter. Other things to note Accommodation tax to be paid on-site for guests over 16 years of age, for the first 5 nights. The rate for the municipality of Cittadella is €1 per person per night.
