Wake up to sweeping sea views over St Austell Bay in this brand-new, locally built shepherd’s hut. Nestled in historic Porthpean, the hut offers a cosy double bed, ensuite shower & WC, WiFi, and a well-equipped kitchen area. Step outside to your private patio overlooking the water, or wander through our own gate straight onto the South West Coast Path—just a beautiful walk to the beach or Charlestown’s restaurants and pubs. Guest access Sea spray has its own private patio area and is fenced off to two sides with a sea view to the front. Access to Sea Spray is via its own private gate. Other things to note Sea Spray is in our orchard, our private garden borders the orchard but has been screened off for privacy. The neighbouring property has also been screened off so that Sea Spray has its own special private area. We are a married couple with an adult son and a gorgeous chocolate sprocker spaniel. You will hear us coming and going and may at times hear Truffle bark or us in the garden beyond the fence. We will however do our utmost to give you a perfect and peaceful holiday whilst you stay with us 🤩
