Recently built, the studio adjoins our house while remaining completely independent. It has its own private entrance and secure access via an electric gate with intercom. Other things to note You will enjoy a large, wooded garden of 2,000 m², fully enclosed and shared with us, where you will find a gas plancha, a hammock, and outdoor furniture to savor the tranquility of nature. A private parking space is reserved for you on the property. To enhance your stay, each guest receives a free entry to the Ribérac municipal swimming pool. You are also invited to discover our carefully cultivated organic vegetable garden. The studio is rated 3 stars and available all year round, by the night, weekend, or week. It includes everything you need for a comfortable stay: bed linen, a set of towels (1 towel, 1 bath sheet, 1 washcloth per person per week), as well as ecological products for shower, hands, dishes, and toilet. On request, children's equipment can be provided. Hiking trails start directly from the house. The center of Ribérac, located 2 km away, offers shops, restaurants, bars, a cinema, and a swimming pool. We are at your disposal for any questions and will be delighted to welcome you to this natural haven, perfect for relaxation. Please keep in mind that you will be requested to submit both your arrival data (passport data, flight data, contact information) after booking so that the homeowner can plan your stay and check-in accordingly.
