Welcome to Fenil, a cozy 75 m² T3 house in the heart of a 9 ha private estate, in the Gers countryside. Small garden overlooking a century-old oak tree and the Pis Chapel. 2 bedrooms (double bed) each with shower room, one with small living room and TV. Living room with sofa and smart TV, equipped kitchen, wifi, linen provided and sale of local products. Ideal for a peaceful stay as a couple or family. Pets welcome. Free parking The space Located in the heart of a 9-hectare private estate, this 75 m² T3 house combines modern comfort and the charm of the Gers countryside. The accommodation consists of a friendly living area with living room, table for 6 people and a fully equipped kitchen (oven, induction cooktop, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine and toaster). The first bedroom has a double bed with private bathroom and toilet. At the end of the hallway, the independent master suite offers a real cocoon: double bedroom, bathroom with toilet and private living room with connected TV. This unique layout guarantees everyone their privacy and comfort, while allowing them to meet in the common areas. Outside, enjoy a private garden equipped with a table for 6 people, chairs and barbecue, overlooking a century-old oak tree and the Pis Chapel. A peaceful and elegant place, perfect for sharing moments with family or friends, while enjoying separate spaces to recharge your batteries. Feel free to tell us about it before or during your stay! Guest access To access this accommodation, after passing the Pis Chapel, you will need to enter the property and turn right. At the end of the road you will see the red gate. After passing the gate, all you have to do is retrieve the keys to open the door. We offer two options according to your preferences: In-person welcome: we will be happy to welcome you, show you the house and answer your questions. Self check-in: for more privacy and flexibility, the key will be placed on the garden table. This will allow you to settle in peacefully at a time that suits you. The accommodation is ideally located: 5 min from Masseube, 10 min from Seissan, 20 min from Saramon, 25 min from Mirande, 25 min from Pavie, 30 min from Auch, 30 min from Samatan, 50 min from Marciac, 1h from Vic-Fezensac, 1h from Tarbes and 1h15 from Toulouse.
