A renovated ground floor apartment just a stone's throw from the village, with contemporary furnishings and features, respectful of history with wood paneling and exposed stone. Deliberately without a TV, but the special library, board games, and family amenities will help you rediscover the essentials. It is the right home to experience the community and explore the Valley. You will be more than a guest, you will be a resident. The space The accommodation is a renovated two-room apartment with character and is located on the ground floor of a historic house at the entrance to the "center" of the Valley. The contemporary furniture detaches the common thread of the traditional architectural elements and makes the environment comfortable and welcoming. Here you can do what you love, quietly: read, study (or work) in an armchair or in the dedicated corner, cook in the super-equipped kitchen or enjoy the little ones of the family, thanks to the family-friendly amenities! In addition to the original relaxation area with a careful selection of mountain books and board games, you will be struck by the "French-style" bathroom which, although with forced ventilation, houses the large and romantic shower. The rest is done by the mountain with the forest nearby, which seems to enter the courtyard through the windows. Guest access The accommodation is entirely usable by guests, who will also have access to the corridor on the common stairwell (ideal for mountain equipment!) and the outdoor sidewalk, for a breakfast or lunch accompanied by the sound of the stream water. In the courtyard, there is also an exclusive parking space for guests of the accommodation. Other things to note In order to preserve the protected area, the use regulation of the Gran Paradiso National Park imposes some limitations on anthropic activities, such as the prohibition of harvesting flowers and minerals and that of overflying or the limited introduction of dogs in the mountains.
