The flat is 60 m2 with a layout that makes it very spacious and full of sunlight. Its located in Soler street, between Fitz Roy and Humboldt - location-wise you couldn't ask for any better! Bottom floor: - guest bathroom with toilet - kitchen with: electric stove, SMEG microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, water kettle, french press for coffee making, smoothie blender, electric toast machine - kitchen appliances and kitchenware for 4 - living room (coffee table, Smart TV and a large pull out sofa.) - balcony with coffee table and 2 chairs Air conditioning/heating - two units available for the flat. Reliable fiber internet (Wi-fi) and smart TV with access to streaming apps like Netflix/Youtube. Upper Floor: - main bedroom (1 king bed or 2 twin beds) with a working table - dressing area - main bathroom with shower Please note that there is no washing machine at the flat, but plenty of laundry options nearby. You will find lots of options for grocery shopping, from small deli/vegetable shops, a nearby Carrefour or even a Jumbo Hypermarket 5' away. Loads of restaurants, bars and shops around the corner, the best restaurant in town is 30 steps away! The metro (green line) is only 5 blocks, and it will take you to major touristic spots (Recoleta, Santa Fe, Retiro, Florida Street, Plaza de Mayo, Puerto Madero) As Palermo is a buzzing spot, please expect to see/hear construction happening in the area. Although working hours are well regulated and normally respected, you cant help not noticing them. If you are very sensitive to city background noise, you should probably consider other neighbourhoods! The flat is owned directly by me and I personally use it when visiting my family. There are no middle agencies involved in this process. Monthly rentals include building expenses, wi-fi, water and gas bills. Electricity is not included and will be billed to the renting party. Guest access Full access to the apartment ( no locked rooms inside!) and access to building's terrace with sun deck and BBQ area. Other things to note I have researched and travelled most of Argentina's gorgeous landscape. If you are coming to BA and then traveling to other cities in Argentina, don't hesitate to ask for advice!
