Country cottage

Peaceful accommodation for two, three or four, 20 minutes from Angoulême and 5 minutes from Mouthiers sur Boëme where you will find all the local shops as well as a restaurant. The house is inside a farmhouse, the entrance and the main courtyard are shared, but you have a private west-facing garden, independent and not overlooked. You also have an outdoor space sheltered on the courtyard side for sharing your meals. The space The area of the maisonette is approximately 65 m2. It consists of a large living room of 30 m2 with a kitchen area, and has two bedrooms, a bathroom and separate toilet. Bedroom 2 is originally a children's room. The bunk bed can however accommodate 1 adult on the bottom bunk without any problem. There is no washing machine in the maisonette but you can use ours in the main house. Other things to note Accommodation located 30 minutes from Aubeterre-sur-Dronne and its beach (classified village) Cognac, its cellars, its castle and its festivals are 40 minutes away. Blues Passion (early July), La Fête du Cognac (late July), Littérature européenne de Cognac (November), Festival Polar (October). Various swimming spots on the Charente, for example in Chateauneuf, 20 minutes by car. Canoe rental possible. Pets are allowed as long as they are sociable with our dog (Golden Retriever) and our cat.
