Guests may need to refill them if needed. Hot Tub Guidelines: To help keep the hot tub clean and enjoyable for everyone, please follow these simple rules: -- Rinse or wipe feet before entering to avoid tracking in grass or debris. --Always keep the cover on when not in use to maintain temperature and cleanliness. -- For safety and cleanliness, please do not bring food or drinks into the hot tub. -- The hot tub comfortably seats 4 adults, with a maximum capacity of 5 people. Trampoline: Use of the trampoline is at your own risk. By choosing to jump, you acknowledge and accept full responsibility for your safety. The hosts are not liable for any injuries that may occur while using the trampoline. Pond: Please be aware that the pond is deep in certain areas. Children should be closely supervised at all times. It is clean and available for use during your stay. There is ample space for additional parking in the driveway ⏺SNOW: Driveway Plowing: A local company is scheduled to clear the driveway; however, snow removal is not guaranteed and is subject to availability. If vehicles are parked in the way, certain areas may not be plowed. Guest Responsibility: A snow shovel may be provided for your convenience, but guests are responsible for any additional snow removal needed during their stay. We recommend keeping pathways and the driveway clear for safe and easy access. ⏺PET POLICY: Pets are not permitted in this home. Bringing a pet without prior approval will result in a $500 fee in violation of our rule. We appreciate your cooperation in helping us maintain a clean and comfortable space for all guests. ⏺SMOKING/VAPING: We want to emphasize that our smoke and vape-free policy is strictly enforced. Smoking or vaping in and outside the home is strictly prohibited and any violations will result in a per incident fine of $500. This fine is applied on a per occurrence basis. In addition, any remediation costs shall be billed in full. We kindly ask all guests to respect our policy and the well-being of our property and neighbors. Smoking or vaping inside the home not only poses health risks but also affects the overall comfort and cleanliness of the space for future guests. Failure to comply with the smoke and vape-free policy may be grounds for termination of the stay without a refund. We take this matter seriously to ensure a pleasant and safe environment for all our guests. Please note that smoking inside of the garage is also strictly prohibited! ⏺DRUG USE: Drugs or any illegal substances are strictly prohibited in and outside of our property. Any reports of drugs will result in immediate termination of the stay/lease and may result in police action. Illegal substances and their use pose a significant health hazard not only to the user but to others including subsequent guests or visitors. Should the use of drugs be discovered the cost of remediation shall be billed in full plus an additional fine of $500. ⏺DAMAGES AND LOST REVENUE: We understand that accidents can happen! That said, guests are responsible for any damage to the furniture, property, or home caused during their stay, this also includes any lost revenue if repairs prevent us from hosting future guests. To help avoid misunderstandings, we thoroughly document the condition of the home before each stay. If you notice anything damaged or out of place when you arrive, please let us know right away. We'll gladly mark it as a pre-existing issue so you’re not held responsible. ⏺EARLY CHECK-IN/LATE CHECK-OUT: Want to check in a little early or stay a bit later?
