We hope to host you at these amazing apartments The space Please see below for a breakdown as to what this 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment offers: - Apartment is located at the back part of the complex. - Free parking onsite through a secured gate. - Easy access to the apartment with secured lockbox – no reception for key handover. - As soon as you enter the apartment, you will be greeted by the combined dining, TV & kitchenette areas. - Dining table seats 2 guests. - Wall-mounted TV with seating options as per listing photos. - Kitchenette boasts fully stocked & equipped cooking appliances and utensils, perfect for short or long stays. Convection microwave/oven, kettle, toaster, mini bar fridge/freezer, Nespresso coffee machine. Did you know we offer our amazing guests tea, coffee, sugar, and coffee pods upon arrival? - The bedroom boasts a queen bed, bedside table to both sides of the beds, both with lamps, wardrobe for your belongings, wall-mounted TV and split system. - You also have access to your own dedicated study nook in the bedroom. - Bathroom is located inside the apartment and boasts a toilet, sink/vanity with wall mounted mirror and shower. - There is a communal BBQ area with a BBQ and outdoor setting. - There is a communal laundry which you will have access to for free. We have washing machines & a dryer. There are also communal clotheslines to the rear of the complex which you are welcome to use. Other things to note - Vehicle Gate Notice: The entry gate for vehicles is non-functional and will not be fixed. The gate is kept wide open at all times, allowing you to drive straight into the property upon arrival without needing a remote or access code. Registration Details Exempt
