This thoughtfully designed studio apartment balances comfort and convenience, making it a great home base while you explore the area. Entry & Access: The entire property is securely fenced. You'll receive a code for the gate & your individual apartment prior to check-in. There's about 10 stairs leading down to the level where your apartment is. Living & Dining: Next to the kitchen there's a dining table with seating for two. The living area has comfy seating options and a Smart TV. Kitchen: The kitchen includes an electric stove, dishwasher, refrigerator, and accessory appliances like a Keurig coffee maker, and tea kettle. It’s stocked with cookware, dishes, and essentials for home cooking. Bathroom & Laundry: The bathroom is quite spacious with a large vanity with storage. There's a walk-in shower, and a washer/dryer combo in the bathroom. Shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and towels are provided. Murphy Bed: The queen bed is super comfortable with lux linens. The bed can be folded up to have more space in the studio. Parking: Free street parking is available, but do NOT leave any valuables in your car. The Area: We're walking distance to Shriners and Deaconess hospitals, super close to downtown, yet tucked back enough for skyline views and convenient access to the Southhill parks and neighborhoods.
