The space Nautical Watch is located off a gravel road nestled on the North end of Tybee. Upon arrival, the front of the home features a charming front porch with comfortable seating and a private driveway to park up to 4 vehicles. Inside, you will be greeted with an entryway seating area as well as a guide book and Nautical Watch Koozies to kick off your trip! Bedroom 1 can be found on the main floor with a king bed and ensuite bathroom. The open concept living area provides an expansive dining table with seating for the whole crew! Perfect for Holiday dinners, family meals, or playing games all in one space. The dining room leads into a fully stocked kitchen with stainless steel appliances. The living room boasts 3 Sofas and 2 sofa chairs with a flat screen tv for streaming and entertainment. Upstairs 3 additional bedrooms can be found along with 2 bathrooms. There is are 2 King bedrooms, and 1 bedroom with 2 queens (perfect for kids or friends looking to share a room on vacation!) There is a private backyard that provides a fire pit, corn hole, a propane grill, and chairs. Guest access Guests will be provided with detailed check in instructions 24hours prior to their arrival. A keypad code for keyless entry will be provided at this time. Early check in and Late checkout can be accommodated based on availability. Standard check in time begins at 4pm. Check out is at 10am.
