LITTLE house meets BIG canyon! You will instantly be greeted by expansive views and rugged beauty. A few steps away will lead you to your own private desert trail. Venture up the short path and you will find a secluded bench perched on the edge of the canyon, offering a breathtaking lookout of the vast mountainous landscape. The space This property is conveniently located 30 minutes from Palm Springs/Airport, 35 minutes from Joshua Tree National Park, and a quick 10 minutes into Yucca Valley for essential needs, grocery trips or dining. The main house is a 400 sqft studio, consisting of an open living room , queen bed, kitchen with amenities, a bathroom/shower. In addition, there is a private casita on the property steps away from the main house, with one bedroom and a bath/shower. Guest access Guests can enjoy the entire 5 acre property, the cowboy pool, and the canyon trail, the trail ends at the narrow passage before entering past two giant rock walls. Other things to note There is a security camera that faces the driveway upon arrival as well as a camera on the private trail-we like to watch the bobcats come down from the canyon!
