Essential basic room near UCF for the weary travelers who need a safe, comfy place to rest your head. This place for a pit-stop to take a shower and do laundry before heading out to his/her final destination. This room accommodates your basic needs and comes with a towel and laundry usage with a shared shower. ***Safety note*** This residence has active cameras that does recording which overlooking the common areas: upstairs, downstairs, driveway, kitchen, and back patio. The space This room is located downstairs for quick easy access. The room offers a full-size bed with a very comfortable foam mattress. Fiber optic internet provides 1GB of the super-fast internet! A pool to jump in on those hot days. Perfect place for UCF tailgaters and Alumni. Guest access Once you check-in, come and go as you please, you will have a key to your bedroom after you check-in. You will have access to the living room, loft, kitchen, backyard, pool, game room and both bathrooms. You are more than welcome to use the living room TV for your entertainment purpose. To keep our room prices low, please abstain from using the hot tub. During your stay The residence/primary host resides at the residence at times. Please feel free to knock on his door for any questions or concern. He loves meeting new people, socialize, and interacting with new guests. If you prefer privacy, let us know as well so we can accommodate. Other things to note ***No third party reservation*** ***Profile picture must reflect clear facial picture for viewing*** ***Room can accommodate up to two guests total. You must book for two guests if there are a party of two. Not book for one guest and have two in your party.*** If found that improper guest is booked, extra charges must be paid for by Noon the next day or the front door code will be locked out. ***Safety note*** This residence has active cameras that does recording which overlooking the common areas: upstairs, downstairs, driveway, and back patio. Do's: - let the host know when you will arrive so we can greet you if possible. - let us know if you need amenities such as soap, toothbrush, etc... we may be able to assist. - text the hosts during reasonable hours if immediate attention is needed. - let us know if the room or shared bathroom needs to freshen up. Don't: - Bring unauthorized guest - Be uncomfortable. If the temperature is too hot or too cold, please let Us know. We keep it fresh and cool around 75 degrees at night and 77 during the daytime . The heat doesn't kick on till its 64 degrees. We have an extra blanket and fan if needed. ***There are visible cameras with audio/video capability.
