A 5-10 minute walk to both Central and Redfern Stations, Central Station also has the tram line. 15 minute walk to Haymarket & Paddy's market or 10 minute walk to Carriage Works Markets. 2 minute walk to Prince Alfred Park & swimming pool. The apartment is cared for with artworks, plants and modern appliances throughout. The bedroom is fully furnished with a queen size bed & your own library. Bedroom looks out onto a good size patio The space A good size apartment, great size bedroom and bathroom. Bedroom and living spaces have separate balconies off of them. The building has city views from the roof top, a small pool and gum in the complex. Great location. 45 minute walk to circular quay, 5 minute walk to Central and Redfern Station. Both of these stations of train lines straight to Bondi and airport. Please note that I have two cats 🐈‍⬛, Andy (fluffy one, 4 years old, male ), Hunter (short hair, female, 10years old) both are grey and white. Andy is super friendly and will come say hi straight away. Guest access All spaces are shared except my bedroom and bathroom. Other things to note My cats are indoor cats and must not be let out of the apartment. Both are very friendly and love a pat.
