Lakeside family getaway

Cozy 3 bedroom (1 king bed + 2 queen beds) 2 yr old lakeside cottage. Enjoy the beautiful view in the open concept main floor that leads to the outdoor kitchen + dining. Downstairs welcomes you to a bright and spacious family room + exercise space + 1 bedroom. Walk out to the screened porch + private hot tub area. The bunkie, just steps away from the cottage, offers a quiet space with desk for work + 1 king bed in the loft. Fireplace out of order. The space The cottage is fully equipped and ready for your arrival. With 2 on the main and 1 on the lower floor, the bedrooms have spacious closets with hangers, freshly laundered linens and tv with Firestick. The kitchen is ready for cooking! We brought the pots +pans +cutlery + diner ware (kid and dock friendly options too) storage containers + glasses + utensils and much more. Forgot your cork opener? Don't worry, we have 2! You will enjoy cooking on the 5 burner gas stove almost as much as you will BBQing and making pizza in the outdoor kitchen space! Let's talk more outdoors! Our cozy cottage is situated on just over an acre of partly cleared, partly treed space, nestled between 2 amazing neighbours! Lakeside, you will find an inviting wood burning sauna and fire pit that overlooks the lake. Follow the path down to the dock and you can jump right into the lake! The lake offers relaxing paddles, good fishing and calming sounds of loons. The large screened in porch is a wonderful place for a morning coffee, afternoon read (it is also perfect for a nap) or a late night listen to the owls! It is conveniently located right off the lower level, with the hot tub close by. Enjoy the kayak and stand up paddle board as you explore the quant non-motorized lake. There are also little trails in the wooded areas around the cottage to explore. Guest access Guests have full access to the entire cottage + bunkie space +amenities. Our cottage is tucked away in nature, approx. 30 mins from town. We want to be sure you have all you need, so that is what we are giving! From extra linens, toiletries, towels + beach towels, sunscreen and bug spray, we have it all. The cottage will even keep going in a power outage, thanks to the auto generator! Other things to note Please ensure you do not take WHITE BOUNDARY RD. The road is not maintained and therefore not suitable to drive down. We suggest that you take Galway Rd, Salmon Lake Rd or Salerno Lake Rd. Grocery Stores: Fenelon Falls has a Sobeys Bobcaygeon has Foodland and Independent Coboconk has Foodland Kinmount has a very small grocery store + convenient store
