It's not uncommon to see a toucan I live in this own apartment , which means everything was bought for my comfort and of higher quality than can be found in apartments intended only for rent . I also tried to give this apartment a vintage touch The space I live in this apartment 6 months a year with my wife . I am concerned about my well-being and comfort , so I have taken great care of it . Decoration , kitchen , mattress quality, wi-fi , air conditioning , bathroom etc, etc., all will contribute to make your stay very pleasant . You'll also soon fall in love with the Leme area at the end of Copacabana . This neighborhood, very popular with euros, is very quiet and very safe. Guest access Of course, you won't share any rooms with other guests . The place is just for you and your family or friends . For your comfort, I remove all my personal items. I store them in 2 rooms which are thus inaccessible . Some cabinets will also be closed . Don't worry, you'll have everything you need for a comfortable stay. The calculation is as follows: Exit index - input index X 1.25 . Gas consumption is the responsibility of the customer from a 3-month rental. An average will be updated, taking into account gas bills during the tenant's stay. 3) The bath sheets and bedding are not new , but very clean . 4)In an apartment building, it happens that some owners do work; it follows a certain nuisance due to noise. This is one of the drawbacks of apartment buildings that must be accepted. The condominium rules allow work between 8am and 3pm Monday to Friday and Saturday morning between 8am and 12pm. 5) The wi fi is very good and very fast in the living room , but quite weak in the 2 bedrooms . 6) We ask guests to take care of the plants in the apartment and water them at least once a week . Thanks in advance .. 7) IMPORTANT: INCLUDED IN THE AIRBNB PRICE 1 cleaning after 15 days for people who stay at least 1 month (cleaning products must of course be purchased by the customer). I ask that the apartment be tidy and not to leave any dirty dishes. 8) For security reasons, the condominium requires a photocopy of the passport or ID card with the photo. Unless previously agreed with me, only people who have handed over their passport or ID card to the doormen will have access to the apartment. 7)INVENTORY . Via the information feed, I will send you an inventory of the apartment and photos . Will also be mentioned that the apartment is clean and has no unpleasant smell. Read this inventory and contact me within 48 hours of your check-in if it doesn't correspond to reality . RECOMMENDATIONS Renting an apartment where you live for a large part of the year , is not the same as renting an apartment intended and organized only for rental . The tenant will bless an apartment offering more comfort since the owner occupies the premises part of the year: quality of the bedding , sofas , decoration , etc ,ect . For this apartment , I ask via the airbnb website for a deposit of 1,000 euros to cover any damage . I have many apartments on the airbnb site for which I am a super host and which I have been renting in short periods for fifteen years with hundreds of rentals To date, I have never had to “activate” a hold on a security deposit . An exception: while I ask not to smoke in the apartment , a guest had "forgotten" it and ashes fell on the couch . Holes in the couch . It is of course forbidden to ride with the bike and leave it in the apartment . 9) It is forbidden to enter the apartment with the bikes. 10) as previously indicated, cabinets are closed with our personal items since we live in this apartment for a large part of the year . I used to not close any cabinets , but indelicate tenants took some of our personal items. They were always tenants who had family in RIO . I'm sure you'll take care of my apartment as if it were your own home . PS: Bats are very numerous in RIO . At nightfall , don't forget to close ALL the windows . If you forgot (no big deal ), the bat will come in and out directly . However, it may dirty the walls with waste . Check out: There is a cleaning in the airbnb price. I do not ask that you clean the apartment but I ask you to leave the apartment in a suitable way: do not leave dirty dishes, a quick cleaning of the fridge , do not fold the bed linen, but leave the sheets lying on the bed , fold the bath towels, briefly clean the gas stove. In short , only common sense . I'm making this comment in your interest , because guests sometimes left me the apartment in a filthy state. I sent the photos to aibnb who then charged extra cleaning .
