Currently, we are accepting Indian national passport holder booking only, as we are still working on authorisation for foreign visitors. We don’t promise luxury, but you will feel peace 😊 The space 🌿 PLEASE NOTE • Only legally and socially married couples are permitted to stay together. Valid marriage proof required during check-in. Unmarried couples are not allowed. The floor includes: • 2 private guest rooms (you are booking one room) • 1 shared washroom • 1 common hall/dining area • Access to an open terrace The washroom is shared only with guests staying in the other room on the same floor, and if other room is occupied. The common hall and terrace are available for all guests to relax and enjoy during their stay. Guest access 🏠 THE SPACE 🌿 Property A peaceful and affordable homestay designed for guests who value cleanliness, safety, and comfort at a budget-friendly price. We do not promise luxury. 🛏 Bedroom Private room with comfortable bedding 2 single bed, fan, and natural ventilation, non AC room, working space available. Base on the availability, water cooler can be arrange at an additional charge of ₹150 per day. 🚿 Bathroom Clean shared washroom with shower facilities. To help keep accommodation costs low, personal toiletries such as towels, soap, shampoo, toilet paper, and other personal care items are not provided. Guests are requested to bring their own. 🍳 Kitchen A basic kitchen is available on the ground floor and can be used for simple cooking at an additional charge of ₹50 per day. An induction cooktop is available for guest use. 🍽 Dining Area Shared dining and sitting space available on the floor. 📶 Wi-Fi High-speed internet available throughout the property. 💧 Drinking Water Filtered drinking water is provided free of charge. 🧹 Cleaning Fresh bedding is provided before check-in. Additional cleaning can be arranged upon request. 🧳 Luggage Storage Available for early arrivals or late departures, subject to availability. 🚭 Smoking Permitted only in designated areas. 🌅 Terrace Access Guests are welcome to relax and enjoy the open terrace area. 🚗 Parking Parking is not available within the property. Limited street parking may be available nearby, subject to local availability Inverter In our area power cut is very rare. and our homestay is a very budget friendly stay, we do not include inverter or any other charges which we can not provide. We do not have inverter. (waiting for Gov approval for other nationality) • Government-issued ID required for all guests. • Check-in instructions will be shared after booking confirmation. Check in time 11 AM - 11 PM and check out 9 AM • Early check-in and late checkout may be possible depending on availability at a additional cost of 100 per hour.
