NON-SMOKING -This is a non- smoking space. We expect your cooperation as we also cater to sensitive individuals like children, infant and people in general with sensitivity to smoke. NO Smoking allowed in the premises at all times. For any violation, Smoking fee will be assessed for professional deep cleaning which will be passed on to the guests. The home allows for a maximum of 7 guests total; extra guest fee applies after 6 guests. Easy to use but if in doubt, Camp Chef grill manual is available in the home. PATIO AREA -Extra Large stone paver surface -Outdoor furniture set available for you to enjoy. CLEANING MATERIALS: -underneath the sink and in the utility closet in the laundry room. OTHER THINGS TO NOTE: Please be reminded that the property is located on a quiet street however the street in front is a through- street and therefore we depend on the parents to be responsible for their children's safety at all times. If you decide to book this property and are bringing your children/infant, we expect you to monitor them to avoid any issues- thank you! We have provided starter toilet items however we suggest that you bring your personal essentials for safety and hygiene. There is driveway parking in the premises. There is one free slot reserved for guest. The other slot is owner's reserved parking. The owner vehicle is currently parked on that slot. Street parking is plentiful as well. TOILETS: Pls do not dump facial tissues, wipes (even if labeled flushable) or other foreign objects in the toilet except for its intended use to avoid failure and not impact your stay. De clogging/repair fee will be passed on to the guest. TRASH Please dispose of the trash daily at the receptacles assigned at the back of the property. If you are staying longer than 6 days or leaving on a Monday, trash collection is every MONDAY. Kindly bring out trash bins ( black and green) to the front of the street, lids facing front on or before 8am. CLEANING: Cleaning mid stay is available upon request with fee. There is a nominal fee involved for the service and will be paid directly to the cleaning team. SAFETY: The unit is equipped with smoke alarms and carbon monoxide alarms. We also have a fire extinguisher and a fire blanket. A first aid kit is also available in the home. All appliances are electric. The home has an exterior fire table in the patio and a firepit in the back of the property however NO BURNING is allowed in the property at all times and this is strictly enforced. Fees will apply for non-adherence. We do have an interior electric fireplace which provides added ambient heating in the home. This is remotely operated. When not in use and when you retire for the night, please switch off. Do not leave on unattended. Kindly supervise young children around the vicinity of the fireplace when in use to avoid any issue. We thank you for your cooperation. The most back end part of the property slopes down towards the back fence, pls be mindful of grading irregularity for your safety and comfort. An old log marks that area. We also have retaining wall in the property front and back of the yard. We suggest that you pls monitor your children to avoid any issues. Thank you. Guest access The attic area, all the locked closets, mailbox, all outbuildings are off limits and not accessible to the guests. Other than those, the rest of the home is accessible. Packages for you are allowed to be delivered however please ensure that you collect them right away and not left outside unattended. Other things to note It will be most appreciated that you inform us of any questions or requests that you may have prior to arrival. We can then ascertain if we are able to provide your request. Some requests could entail extra nominal fees and will be passed on to guests. Thank you.
