The USVI government charges an environmental tax per room per night ( energy usage tax) that runs $25-$38 per day ( varies by room size ). This is a Government tax that is surcharged on the Island in additional to your accommodation fees. The Resort collects this on behalf of the USVI Government and cannot be collected by AIRBNB Hosts. This fee is charged to your room, the resort puts a $250 hold on your card when you check in / refunding the difference at the end of checkout.
