The property is peaceful, well-maintained, and ideal for guests who love nature and quiet surroundings. Guest access Guests will have access to their private room and common outdoor areas. The property also offers access to a nearby riverside trail, perfect for peaceful walks and enjoying nature. ❗ For safety reasons, guests are requested to be careful near the river and avoid visiting after dark. 🅿️ Roadside parking is available with good space. It is safe, and we also park our own vehicle there, so guests can feel comfortable and secure. During your stay I enjoy welcoming guests and making them feel at home. I’m available throughout the stay for help, guidance, or local recommendations, while fully respecting guests’ privacy. Other things to note The property is located in a quiet and natural environment, shared with local birds and animals. We kindly request guests to respect the surroundings and avoid loud noise. Soft music is welcome. 🚬 Smoking is permitted only on the balcony. Kindly avoid smoking in open common areas. 🌱 We would truly appreciate it if guests avoid bringing plastic food items, as plastic can harm the natural environment around us. 🍲 Fresh, home-cooked meals are available at the property, prepared with care and love (available on request and chargeable). ⚡ Electricity & Power Backup: We usually have 24-hour electricity. In case of a power outage, generator backup is available during essential hours to support lights and Wi-Fi, room heaters and water heaters will not operate. 🥾 Access & Luggage: The property is a 200-meter downhill trek from the main road. Porter service is available at ₹150 per bag for up & down carrying. 👨‍🔧 Caretaker Availability: A caretaker stays on the property and is available to assist guests whenever needed. 🚕 Cab services can be arranged on request for pickup, drop, and local sightseeing (chargeable and subject to availability).
