Located in a quiet, safe neighborhood perfect for a morning stroll or run. Beds for 8 people with lots of amenities! Kayak and boat rentals are near Englewood Beach. Close to everything! Shopping, golf courses, outdoor restaurants with live music, beaches, and grocery stores. The space This home features 2 living spaces, 2 dining spaces, and a furnished outdoor lanai and heated pool. Bedroom 1: One king size bed with twin rollaway (stored in the closet) that's easily accessible and can be placed in the bedroom. Bedroom 2: One queen size bed with twin rollaway (stored in the closet) that's easily accessible and can be placed in one of the living spaces. Bedroom 3: 2 twin beds Beach chairs, umbrellas, coolers, sand wagon, shark tooth combers and beach/pool toys stored in the garage. Guest access Driveway accommodates 2-4 vehicles and parking is also available in the garage or along the street. Road is quiet with very little traffic. If you are bringing a boat you will need to park it on the street. Other things to note New Washer & Dryer in seperate laundry room with drying rack, iron and ironing board. Newly surfaced pool and the water is great…however if you would like us to heat the pool prior to your arrival or anytime during your stay an additional $10 fee per night will be requested following your stay. This home is closest to Englewood Beach (6.9 miles), however Venice, North Manasota, and Boca Grande Beach are just a short drive away. Siesta Key is about an hour north.
