Your new favorite place has WIFI, ethernet connection, a 32" flat HD SmarTV, electric heater, a kitchenette with everything you need for cooking your own meals, hot shower, private parking, view to die for, and you own little forest. Relax, play or work in this unique and independent space with all the peace and quiet for your mental health. The space The tiny house is located 1.8 km from the town of Nemocon. Its soft slopes and safety are ideal to walk to or once in the property move to the town or the surroundings by bycicle. Something we are very proud of is the sense of space that you will feel here, the tiny house is private and cozy and the outdoors or green areas are just huuuuge. The one bedroom-one space guest house with its own bathroom is comfortable and feature great views from its oversized windows. The living room features two sofa beds that put together make a king+ bed, an alcohol chimney will be the perfect spot to spend your evenings with your partner, friends or family. The kitchen will invite you guests, you and your group to share quality time cooking altogether and the outdoors, well, you will love the outdoors. Guest access The tiny house is located in a 5 acre forest where there three properties. Two independent cabins and a house where my partner and I live. Each property is about 200 ft from each other so you will all the privacy and independence you expect. You can explore the area, go out walking or by bicycle without security concerns as the area is super safe and tourist friendly. There is plenty of space for your car or moto as the parking is huge. Other things to note You can also cook as you will find a equipped kitchenette with stove, fridge, coffee maker, blender, knifes, cutting boards, utensils, pots and just about everything you need to cook. We provide a 5 GL filtered water and basic cooking ingredients such as oil, sugar, salt, pepper and other basics such as napkins, cork screw, wine glasses and basic cleaning products.
