All Rooms have an Ocean View - All rooms have a private entrance, ensuites and kitchenette, 40" Smart TV, coffee pot and hairdryer. The pool, kitchen, gym, cabana, volleyball court are for everyone to enjoy. We also provide coolers, beach chairs, umbrellas, water toys and two paddle boards. The Property can be rented by the individual rooms or rented as a whole house depending on the number of guests. Adults only when renting out part of the property. The space Most of my living space is outdoors. The full outdoor kitchen has a large grill and two burner stove; pots, pans, plates, silverware, everything you need to prepare some nice meals. The Cabana bar has seating for ten plus and has a 4’ beer cooler, ice maker, margarita machine and has the best breeze, amazing views and is located close to the pool. On the other side is a large gym that can double as a games room. There is a smart tv, great sound system, a wii fit, two tread Mills, two professional bikes, full set of free weights and weight bench. There are a couple of balls and yoga Mats. And soon to have a dart board. The lower level had the volleyball court where you can also play bocce ball and horse shoes. Guest access Guests have access to the entire property except my apartment. In saying that, they only get the number of rooms they book. And rooms are based on double occupancy so for every two people coming in a group, you get one room. So 8 people in a group get 4 rooms and use of the outdoor space which is where you want to be! During your stay I am back and forth to Canada but can alway be reached on the phone. When I am here, I have a top floor two bedroom apartment that I do rent out as well. I also have a property manager when I am not on the island. Other things to note Although I do not have a problem with smoking outdoors and do provide ash trays; I do ask guests to be respectful around other guests staying on the property. There is NO Smoking allowed indoors. There will be an additional cleaning charge if the room as any signs of smoking inside.
