Coast getaway

Our spacious self-contained flat with spa bath is immaculately clean and private. We are just 2km drive to Brighton beach. You can walk to Marion Westfield (500m), Aquatic Centre (1km), bus stop (200m) and train (500m). There are no steps between the street and the flat. We are a family of 4 (plus 2 cats). We live in the old house at the front of the block, and our new flat is at the rear of the block. Access is via a secure walkway down the side of the house. Plenty of free street parking. The space The bathroom is equipped with a brand new freestanding 14-jet spa bath. There is a new 55" Samsung 4K TV (with Netflix) and a new Hisense fridge. The flat does not have an oven or cooktop, but is equipped with a microwave, toaster and sandwich maker. The living area is separate from the bedroom. The bedroom has a queen bed. We can add a single mattress and bedding in the lounge room if required. There is a new high powered reverse-cycle aircon unit that cools (or heats) the entire flat within minutes. One of the rooms is set up as a full gym, with commercial-grade wall-mounted squat rack, free weights and Concept rowing machine. If you don't want to use the gym, we can pack it out of the way before you arrive. Use of the laundry is free. There is plenty of street parking which is very safe around here. Guest access The flat has a lovely sheltered front porch, but you are equally welcome to sit under the gum trees in the backyard, or to use the large spring-free trampoline if you wish. The detached laundry is 5 metres from your flat - it is free to use, and there is a large Hills Hoist right next to the front porch. Other things to note We have an as new high quality ladies electric bike (Tebco Suburban) you can use during your stay for $20/day, but you take responsibility for any damage/theft. There are also kayaks, surf skis (single and double) and a SUP that you can use during your stay, no charge, but you will need roof racks on your car and tie-down straps to cart them to the beach. No smoking or vaping on the property or in the flat please.
