Welcome! I’m delighted to host you in my comfortable apartment overlooking the “Piazza Portello” open-air shopping center, which features fashion stores, cafés, restaurants, supermarkets, and a beautiful park. The apartment is large and quiet, equipped with a washer-dryer, A/C, fast Wi-Fi, 55" Smart TV, and a home office with an ergonomic chair. Well connected to the city center: right outside the building, there is a stop for trams 1 and 14, which take you to the Duomo in about 25–30 minutes; the lilac line of the metro (M5) is a 15-minute walk away. The space The apartment is on the ground floor, overlooking the quiet condominium garden. The living area is spacious and welcoming, with a comfortable sofa (convertible into a bed with a 10 cm high French mattress), an elegant Indian rosewood table, a well-stocked bookcase, and a 55-inch Smart TV with access to Netflix, Prime Video, NowTV, and all the main streaming platforms. A home away from home <3 Description of the house and services: The open kitchen with a peninsula is equipped with an induction cooktop, oven, dishwasher, and washing machine with an integrated dryer. In the pantry, you will find essential foods (coffee, sugar, oil, salt, etc.), a moka pot for classic Italian coffee, and a kettle to use on the stove. The bedroom is very spacious and bright, with a window and a French door that leads to a balcony (ideal for smokers). The French bed (140x200) has a comfortable mattress and memory foam pillows (on request, double pillow). Guests have a large empty chest of drawers and the right door of the wardrobe, with extra blankets and pillows. The wooden desk, together with two ergonomic chairs, is perfect for working or studying. Air conditioning is available in the room! The modern bathroom is equipped with suspended sanitary ware, a countertop washbasin with a wall-mounted mixer and a 100x70 shower with a shower head and a hand shower. You will find hair dryers, makeup remover pads, cotton buds, shampoo, body wash and conditioner, as well as a set of towels for each guest. My wife and I have renovated and furnished this apartment with passion: it is full of our memories of travel, life and the books that have shaped us. I hope you can enjoy it and respect it as if it were your own home. Guest access The house is entirely available, with the exception of a room that will remain closed to facilitate the cleaning of the apartment. Other things to note - Please note that the water heater has a limited capacity (80L), very long and frequent showers could drain the capacity of the tank and you have to wait for it to recharge - The sofa bed is equipped with a 10 cm mattress: it is a good solution for sleeping, but of course it will not be able to offer the same level of comfort as a real bed with a higher mattress. - The sofa bed is included in bookings for more than 2 paying guests. For 2 guests who wish to sleep in separate beds, there is a surcharge of €20 for the extra bed. - In compliance with Italian law, it will be necessary to present an identity document (or passport) for the registration of guests. Amenities: - Air conditioning is present in all rooms. WiFi is fast and stable. Washer and dryer are available, along with a rack, iron and ironing board: we know how useful it is to travel with always fresh clothes! - On the street near the apartment there are free parking spaces (white stripes) and paid parking spaces (blue stripes), but they are not guaranteed and sometimes you have to look for a place.
