Guest access -Guest have access to the entire unit. -Backyard access Other things to note -There will be a $500 fine for smoking of any kind inside the duplex. - Guest exceeding 4 will be charged an extra $50 per guest each night. - Any items damaged will be charged based on the value of the items.
